AIPPI Spring Meeting on 30 March and Trilateral Meeting (IT-FR-ES) on 31 March in Venice
The AIPPI Spring Meeting will be hosted on 30 March, the day before the Trilateral Meeting organised on 31 March by the Italian, French, and Spanish Groups. Our members can benefit from two in-person events within one trip. Save the dates and stay tuned for more details on registration.

The increased efficacy of Thailand’s amended copyright act

Current situation and issues in Turkiye regarding administrative cancellation of trademarks

The IP Code (No. 6769) that took effect on 10 Jan 2017, distinguishes between trademark cancellation and invalidation and lists the reasons for termination in three categories: invalidation (Article 25), cancellation (Article 26), and other reasons such as expiry of term and non-renewal.
