General Updates

Beware of scam messages!

Your safety and security online is of utmost importance to us. We have recently been made aware that scammers are misusing the name of AIPPI for their fraudulent activities. Please note that AIPPI's Bureau or General Secretariat members will never ask you for personal information, request money transfers for projects, or make any strange requests. It is essential that all our members are aware of these scam messages and take necessary precautions.

Here are a few steps you can follow to safeguard yourself:

- Verify and cross-check their email address against their official AIPPI position.

- Do not provide personal data or financial information to anyone unless you are certain of their identity. Remember, AIPPI will never ask for such details.

- If you receive any email that seems suspicious or raises doubts, we strongly advise you to check the sender's email address. It is recommended to independently reach out to the supposed sender to confirm the authenticity of the message.

By staying alert and following these simple guidelines, we can ensure a safer online environment for all AIPPI members.
